I wanted to trial the new Neural text-to-speech synthesis by signing up for Cognitive services - Speech service (7 day free trial).

I can run an official TTSSample.py with my access token and everything is OK. But, when I change a standard voice to a neural one, such as "Microsoft Server Speech Text to Speech Voice (en-US, JessaNeural)", I receive an error message. It looks like neural voices are available only in three regions: East US, Southeast Asia and West Europe.

How can I trial neural voices if my subscription by default is in West US? Is there a way to make these neural voices work?
