On both my production and staging deployment slots swap is greyed out for my web app. In the overview tab the swap button is greyed out, it was grey for the staging deployment slot but not for the production, so we just used that one, but now it is grey
for both.

Just to highlight, the app must be running in the Standard, Premium, or Isolated tier in order for you to enable multiple deployment slots. I understand that you already had the deployment slot configured. If you haven’t tried these already so, the following steps may worth a try:
