Unfortunately I'm not familiar with TCMon.  This is probably not the best place to get help on this resource kit utility.  Most of the resource kit utilities are provided as is, and the help is only availalbe from the command line.  The only link that might be of help that I could find is

But it doesn't have a ton of information about using TCMon.  Sorry I couldn't be of more help, but pehraps there's a better forum to post this type of question in.
