I am using the control software Lonmaker which has Visio Pro 2002 SP2 behind it. During the launch of the an application LVC Diagnostics I get the error above.  The control company says that a framework or configuration may need updating.  Go to MS updates and ask for the update.  I did not have any luck on discoveering an update.  My knowledge of MS products beyoun a casual user is limited.  A search for the error code goes nowhere.
