Azure事件不会触发 [英] Azure Events does not fire

I have to follow up some states of Azure Media Services(as jobs. etc.) with Azure Events, but I can not do that. When I subscribe event of Media Service, no event is fired. I tried WebHook, Storage Queue and Event Hubs endpoints. Any of them does not work. Simple I just want to seen an event output of Media Services event. I read all docs. and tried all examples, but probably I miss something, any help would be great.
