东芝计算机不断冻结 [英] toshiba computer keeps freezing up

最近使用了两年的旧计算机已升级到Windows 7和AVG.一切都很好，直到该为Acrobat Reader安装升级为止.升级开始，计算机冻结.硬重启后，计算机将启动并启动Windows， 但是您选择的东西冻结了.尝试以安全模式启动，并且在安全模式加载期间冻结.  

Two year old computer recently upgraded to Windows 7 and AVG.  Everything has been fine until it was time to install an upgrade for Acrobat Reader.  Upgrade started and computer froze.  Did hard reboot and computer will boot and start windows, but time you select something it freezes.  Tried to start in safe mode and it freezes during safemode load.
