I am not sure entire where is the source of the problem but it seems that only the toolbar control and my own ocx if facing problems in vista.

The listview, treeview and all other controls such as label, textbox, combobox, dateview, command buttons, even the browser control is working. Only the TOOLBAR is NOT working.

Now this is also strange because I compiled a list of controls into an ocx referenced by the exe. This ocx does not have any special things, it only have typical labels & textboxes. All windows forms in the exe failed to open when it references the ocx. But by itself, it's perfectly ok.

Could you share the exact error message with error code?

+ Did you check with the registry ? Were you able to register file successfully?
+ Sometimes it may be registry problem.
+ Or it may be dependency problem.
