星期六，我购买了一台已安装Windows 7的新PC.我无法从互联网下载任何程序！如果我尝试下载f.e. "Microsoft Essentials"下载窗口打开，下载似乎开始.但是，下载完成后，该窗口将立即关闭，并且无法在我的计算机上找到数据.我已经改变了命运，防火墙选项等，但是搜索"选项表明，数据实际上不在我的计算机上.我发疯了，因为小窗口问题"(带有thar小标志)总是告诉我下载防病毒程序，但是我无法下载...

Saturday, I bought a new PC which had Windows 7 already installed. I cannot download any programs from the internet! If I try to download f.e. "Microsoft Essentials" the download window opens and the download seems to start. However, after downloading has been completed, the window closes immedeatly and the data cannot be found on my computer. I already changed the destiny, firewall-options and so on, but the "search"-option shows, that data are not on my computer physically. I´m going nuts because the small window "problems"(with thar tiny flag) always tells me to download an anti-virus-program, but I just cannot download...
