I'm using a visual c++ deployment project. I have set the application FILEVERSION and PRODUCTVERSION ids in the resource file.   And this information is properly reflected in the executable when it is R-clicked and Properties is selected.   But this information does not carry over to the Control Panel applet.  What else do I need to do?
