I am in the process of testing our application and development environment on Windows Vista.

As for the development environment, I am running with VB6 IDE - I realise this is not ideal and not supported, but by all accounts the IDE seems to work fine... as do most aspects of the system we support.

I have looked for this dll and can't find it. Does anyone know if this is shipped with Vista under a different name, or if there is another dll I should be using? If so, will I need to change the API calls in order to get my code working?

I realise the first reaction of many would be to upgrade our ancient system and IDE - unfortunately we are simply not in a position to do so. So any suggestions based around keeping our current configuration would be much appreciated.

I can't find it on windows 2008 server either.   I wonder if MTS is even supported on Vista/Windows 2008 server (I highly doubt it).
