We have two web frontends and created a set of site collections by powershell script which can be accessed via the first web frontend. However, when accessing the site collections via the second web frontend, it shows the http 404 not found error. How can we sync up between the two web frontends manually?

请检查计时器服务和其他SharePoint服务是否在第二个前端上运行.

Please check if timer services and other SharePoint services are running on second frontend.

还尝试在服务器场中的所有服务器上执行IISRESET.另外，请检查每个前端上是否安装了相同版本的SharePoint.

Also try to perform IISRESET on all servers in the farm. Also please check you have same version of SharePoint installed on each frontend.
