Hi Ameenah,

it isn't completely supported to Connect directly to the SharePoint Database , but you can easily use SharePoint Api to read users profiles . you can do integration with SharePoint Userprofile using one of the following

1- Rest Api   /_ api/SP.UserProfiles. PeopleManager

1- Rest Api /_api/SP.UserProfiles.PeopleManager

2- CSOM :人事经理

2-CSOM : People Manager

3- SSOM (Object Model)
