I've a Toshiba Sattelite M200 laptop of OS Vista Business, Dual Core Processor, 512MB RAM. All of a sudden, when I want to import address list from a CSV file, the Outlook 2003 'hang'. I repaired the PST using scanpst, Repaired MS Office 2003 SBE and even removed MS Office SBE and installed it again. After all these have been done, the problem still persists. What could be the problem, could it due to RAM of 512MB too low? Will upgrade of another 1GB solve this problem? FYI, this model can only support upto 2GB RAM.

Office 2003 is compatible with Vista. You can refer to this link http://support.microsoft.com/ph/2488 - tab0 for getting better information with respect to the error messages and installation & setup. If the issue still remains unfixed, then you can go to the Contacts link on the left hand side of the page and  contact a support professional directly.
