Hello,

Will the Azure Access Review feature set work with groups that are on-prem and synced up to Azure?  Or will this only work with AAD groups?

As per the section "When a group is used for a new purpose" in this article ,  it will work with the Synced Groups as well. Please let us know in case you have any further queries, In case the information provided helps you , feel free to mark it as answer so that it can benefit the community .
