Hi Experts,

Here am using several tabs in windows form.each tab contains data grid view,am using cell validating event too.if i wish to swith to another tab means that cell validating event has too by pass.but its firing..how to by pass the cell validating event.sorry for my english.

When you click on the Tab,Your control will be still on the Grid cell.
So,In Tab click event you need to set the focus over other control.
