With very little details about the site/page/technology/IIS version, its tough to pin-point exact problem.
Considering you are using classic ASP (as that is the tag you have selected), I would suggest few steps.

1. Enable "Send Errors to browser" in IIS.
2. In your browser un-check "Show Friendly Error Messages" (for IE)
3. If you have access to the web-server where this page is hosted, check event viewer log.

This will give clue regarding the actual problem your page is facing.

If still stuck, please post details you gather in above steps and details about your application like technology/IIS/OS and what your page trying to do etc.
