You might want to think about it for a while, and try to come up with some more concrete needs: Do you have a job? Is it as a part of an existing team? If not what kind of team do you want to join? There are many different types of team - probably as many as there are teams, but there are team-oriented methodologies. Do you need to learn about them? What kind of role within a team do you want to take on? Again, there are probably as many as there are team members!

Think about it for a while, and try to come up with a simplified list that is appropriate to you, your situation, and where you want to go - then raise it in an appropriate forum rather than QA, as it needs a lot more discussion than answer! :laugh:
