I have website on SharePoint 2013 Enterprise version. Website has two variation language English and Arabic.  I have setup Manage Metadata service application and associate with my web application successfully.

I have created successfully friendly URL's for my English and Arabic website. Below is my term store for both language website. Friendly URL is working good for all pages.

But I have only 1 issue that I don't know how to solve it.  When first time website opens www.xxx.com then it opens like www.xxx.com/en/pages/default.aspx. Why it is not opening www.xxx.com or www.xxx.com/en how can I achieve that.

you can use IIS URL Rewrite to achieve this feature. OOTB SharePoint Manage Metadata Navigation are not supported.
