Hi, I have nearly never used Sharepoint and I need help with it. A customer called me recently with a problem.

Problem appears when any user select either libraries, list, sites/workspaces or view all site content. Everything that should be there is missing except for the default items. But if you know for example the address of a workspace and enter it manually, it will work.

Any user will work at the customer office when using http://sharepointxxxx instead of intranet.xxxxxx.xxx.
