问题描述

问题:某些用户的工作流错误.

分析:问题出在整个网站集.即使用户有权访问站点并可以添加/更新内容，但由于其条目不在用户信息列表中，因此由字段创建/修改的字段也不会 被访问该网站的新用户捕获.

解决方法:如果我们直接授予对网站/脚本的访问权限，则该用户信息列表将得到更新，并且该特定用户的问题已得到解决.但是我们正在寻找一种永久性的解决方案

采取以下无济于事的步骤:

运行此命令stsadm -o sync -listolddatabases  0

可以访问用户信息列表 >

ULS日志显示以下错误

UserInfoList已标记作为LSWriteNoItems，访问被拒绝以进行更新.

无法添加用户到数据库hr = 0x80070005

Issue: Workflow is errored out for some users.

Analysis: The issue is with entire site collection. Even though users have access to site  and they could able to add/update the contents, since their entry is not there in user information list, created by/ modified by fields are not getting captured for new users whoever access the site.

Work around: If we directly give access to the site/through script, user information list is getting updated and issue gets resolved for that specific user. But we are looking for a permanent solution

Taken the below steps which didn’t help:

Ran this command stsadm -o sync -listolddatabases 0

Gave access to User information List

ULS log shows the below errors

UserInfoList is marked as LSWriteNoItems, access is denied for update.

Failed to add the user to the database hr=0x80070005

Hi karthikeyan- not sure I follow. Is this an anonymous access site? Do the users not have an account?
