What does your stack look like? Set some breakpoints and try to figure out what the root of the error is.

From my experience (and depending on the version of ASP.NET you''re using):
- Make sure your form tags are well formed
- Check for returned rows before binding to a control
- Work out your script before you try to Ajaxify it
- The problem may not be related to your code
- Check to see if it works in other browsers, then the same browser on other machines.
