The reason your company blocked it is because people like you cost them LOTS of money because you''re chatting with friends while you should be working. However, here''s how you bypass it. Quit your job, go home, open a browser of your choice, browse to facebook. Your boss might thank me for this answer and perhaps I could even take your place :)
Of course you could talk to your boss/superior about it, but I doubt they''ll change their minds.
On a side note, be glad they didn''t block CP!
