I don't know which operating system you have, so here is how to view 'Problem Reports ans Solutions' in Windows Vista(may work on other operating systems)
1) click start
2) type 'problem reports and solutions' in start search
3) click the top result
4) a list of solutions will appear
5) if there is a solution relating to your probrlem, do as is says.
