Rookie asking for advice...

One only SharePoint 2016 server is consistently running low on memory. It has been allocated 32 GB's, but it's reaching 95% memory use according to taskmgr, I cannot get the numbers to add up. 

Any tips of tricks that could explain if this is normal??

Hi,

Re-start the Timer Service and wait for a while, check the memory to see it fixes the issue.

The SharePoint Timer Service (OWSTIMER process) is responsible for executing all timer jobs. Check whether there is the custom timer job causes the issue. Check the code of your custom timer job and optimize the code.
