im using gsmcomm.dll for sending multi message
There is a baudrate value for application.
What should be for the best ?
For example : The baudrate value of GSM MODEM is 9800 ?
And for application which is the best for sending message ? under 9800 , above 9800 or equals to 9800 ?
And what happens if i change the baudrate value of Gsm modem from Device Management ->> Modems tab ?

Baud rate is not something that you normally play about with: (and I suspect you mean 9600, not 9800 it''s a standard number) it is the rate at which serial bits of information are transmitted without any form of clocking. If a device is expecting to receive data at a specific baud rate, then it waits for a "start bit" and begins "grabbing" bits at regular intervals after that. If you are transmitting at a different rate, then the data will (in most cases) be received as garbage.
If a modem says "9600, 8, 1, none", then it wants 9600 bits per second, 8 bits per characters, 1 stop bit, no parity. And it you give it anything else, you will get garbled data.
