已安装Internext Explorer 8，但无法运行....在SBC Yahoo工具栏上丢失了所有收藏夹.谢谢

Instaled Internext explorer 8 but does not run....lost all favorites on SBC Yahoo toolbar.. need easy instructions, not too great with computer jargon.  THanks
