I install VS 2015 Enterprise on Windows 7 Enterprise computer. And tried to update NuGet Package Manager for Visual Studio thru Extensions and Updates mode in VS. When I click Update button all execute normally but at the end I got message

For your issue, I suggest you could take the following steps:
