On my SharePoint Foundation Server (SSE SP1 actually), I observed system memory increases constantly load's up to 96% of my total allocated RAM. This goes hand in hand with the creation of up to about 60 or more SPUCWorkerProcessProxy.exe processes and evenmore conhost.exe processes.

One more interesting information, that each SharePoint server which I installed for testing end debugging purposes on my network has the very same issue once I install SP 1 on it. So, in addition it must be a general issue, something related to either certificates or mayme some policy (even though I have deactivated policies on the objects in charge).

After granting certain rights to some registry keys for buildin\users (local machine users group). Close the registry editor and open Central Administration->Application management-> Manage services on server->restart the Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Sandboxed Code Service.
