Hello, I currently have Visual studio 2015 both on my pc and my laptop. Downloading the Visual C++ 2015 Tools for Windows Development downloaded fine on my pc however I am having problems downloading it on my laptop.

It is a bit of a pain, can anyone please let me know why this doesn't work or if there is anyway I can get the tools of my pc to my laptop or if there is an external download?
