I am using adobe photoshop cs5 in which, i open jpg file and save it with options like quality, baseline optimized. Its working fine, but i have lakhs of files and i want to automate the process using vb.net, coz opening and saving all files will take hell lot of time.
Is it possible using any adobe library or any other options?

Please see my comment to the question: for goodness sake, don''t look for Photoshop (I would also discourage using it at all, except for certain applications, really needed rarely, by special category of people, like professional (especially not computer-savvy) photographers).
