I know communication with serial port. There is Datareceived event to receive data. But I don't know how to read & write modbus address continuously? I saw examples of Nmodbus or DMT delta library but it is not cleared me can somebody help me with examples?

If the issue is you don't know how to use IP then probably sockets would be used.

I don't believe any samples could be provided because nobody knows the Modbus device you use, nobody has the manuals for that device in order to know anything about it or how to configure it or how it is configured or what to send to it and what to expect it to send back or what protocol to use (TCP or UDP) and on and on. If you want custom code for some Modbus device then hire a programmer and give them all the information necessary for writing a program using IP to communicate with the device.
