I just moved to Vista Windows Mail from Outlook Express where I had categorized my address book for ease of use.  Before I get too deep into using Windows Mail v. Outlook 2003 which are similar and I also have, I don't seem to be able to set up categories of addresses in either Windows Mail or Outlook which actually then show up when I hit the "TO" button.  I can make the folders (categories) okay but then they don't display when I click on the "TO" button.  Why is that?  Additionally, I set up an address folder under Contacts of a particular hobby of mine but I don't always want to send an email to ALL of them in that folder. 

I also cannot figure out how to easily FORWARD a received email to only some of the people in that folder.  Outlook Express was far superior with that feature and I can't believe Windows left it behind. Please help as this is a valuable tool to havel  Can I possibly make another Contacts folder in addition to the big one with 1000's of addresses? Maybe that's the secret.
