We have users that are in the habit of checking out a document even though they are just reading it. When they close the office application (word/excel) they are not prompted to either discard or check in the document. Has anyone else run into this and found a solution?

根据测试结果，有四种签入/签入功能方案:

1.检出文件，进行更改，保存，然后单击X关闭->签入提示.

2.检出文件，进行更改，然后单击X以关闭->保存提示->然后，签入提示.

3.检出文件，不做任何更改，保存，然后单击X关闭->签入提示.

4.检出文件，不做任何更改，然后单击X以关闭->没有签入提示，文件继续签出.

这是设计使然.
