One of our users has reported that when she is navigating folders in a document library, either through the tree navigation on the left hand side or the folder view in the main body, she sometimes gets an error. If she refreshes the navigation will eventually work.

I can't think of anything that would have caused this, is this a known issue or just something that happens sometimes with SharePoint?
