Hi When I tried to deploy a custom workflow wsp file to the sharepoint server and then started the workflow, I received below error as per the log. Could you please help me on the root cause and resolution?

Did you create workflow solution in the visual studio?

If so, you could check if the properties in the Elements.xml are all right.

And check if the SharePoint timer service and World Wide Web publishing service are started in the services.msc in all front ends and application servers in the SharePoint farm.
