I've trying to make custom hostnames on my Ubuntu 18.10 Server,
I search on the panel, dont find.

So, i'm here to make some asks, how i can change the hostname of my Server.
I want to put the hostname as: eur-mitigation.negromon.cf

Hi,

You can create a DNS name for each virtual machine in the below format which is publicly accessible.

<user-provided-name>.<azure-region>.cloudapp.azure.com.

If you need custom domain like you have mentioned in the question,

You can configure a Azure DNS Zone in azure. Dns zone name will be "negromon.cf". Refer to this doc for creation.

Then You can create a A record in that DNS Zone with "eur-mitigation".

Once a DNS zone is created, Azure provides 4 DNS servers where the Zone information exists. But you cant resolve those names everywhere,

because Azure hosts the DNS Zone but didnt buy that domain for you.

But if you add one of the 4 DNS servers to your resolve file, it will work.  

To make the new domain name work for everyone in the internet, You need to contact your domain name provider and delegate that domain to azure.
