I'm unfamiliar and have a deadline to make Infopath add only certain numbers in a column - not the whole thing.

My data shows a list of employees, their area and their time.  i.e., Bob Smith, retail, 10 hours

I can have it sort and show me employees but it doesn't let me add each person's row without wanting to add the entire information for the column.  I need to know how many hours each employee has.  So how do i have it add just the hours for Bob Smith without it wanting to add the entire column of all employees.
