I'm trying to encode a video using Azure Media Services but I'm getting this error.

The most frustrating is sometimes it is encoding just fine but most of the time it is not.

To be clear, is the same input file failing some times but succeeding at other times? Or is that some files are succeeding and others are erroring?

To diagnose the root cause and find a mitigation, we would need to get at least a couple of different files. If you are able to share the videos with us, please log into the Azure Portal, and open a support ticket, with links to the input videos.
