When attempting to create a VNet connection between Azure SQL and a specific subnet I am getting an error about the process timing out. This subnet has the service connector enabled for Microsoft.Sql and has another Azure SQL server connected to it and working already. Both servers were deployed using the same ARM template at the same time (nested template called by a single parent template).

Googling this hasn't revealed any further troubleshooting I can do and there is nothing I can see in the portal to help give me more information on what is actually the problem.
