Hi Nanddeep- as far as I know, you can't put the attachment somewhere else. I suggest you redirect users to the library where you want to store the files and have them upload them there.

As far as the link- that would have to be a designer workflow to grab the link from the library and copy it to the InfoPath one. You would need to reference the files somehow so that the workflow knows which item to add the link to.
