Windows Internet Explorer Security Bar "Personal Scanner" is giving the message that it has blocked the site from downloading files.  It shows a report of several viruses and ask to erase them.  The file it says to run is "Antivir-scan11.com".  I don't believe this is safe to run and I cannot close this page.  What should I do?  I am currently running a Windows Live OneCare virus scan.  I am using Windows Vista.

Ok, got window to close but would still like to know if this is bogus?
