my computer monitor had big grey bar at the bottom of my screen and when I talked to HP technictal support they told me to reset my computer back to factory settings and it didnt work so I hooked up another monitor and then I dicovered my live one care support wasn't working and I don't know how to properly restore my $49.95 costly program
