I am working on a school project. I'm not sure what I did, but one of the form design tabs has disappeared. If I right click it, it does not give me the option to View Designer. HELP?

This is probably because the file is not recognised as a form that can be designed.  The project file or the vb file may be corrupted.  Take a look at the different solutions suggested here:

If you add a new form to the project you can look at the code to see what the default form structure needs to be.  Compare this to the faulty form code to see if something critical is missing.
