I want a topic which is easy to explain and useful for other developers even.

To be honest, I think you are barking up the wrong tree: if it is "easy to explain" then it probably isn''t "useful for other developers" as they will in all probability already know it...

The best advice I can give is that you pick something that you know about: if the presenter does not understand his subject it very soon shows up and no presentation can survive that. There is nothing worse than trying to give a presentation an finding that teh audience (or even 10% of the audience) knows more about it than you do!

So look at what you know that might be a bit "off the beaten track" and research it a bit more in depth.
