i have register the app in AAD but could not see the way to generate the token....can someone please help...fairly new to azure

Please refer to Acquire an access token to generate the token.  You can use Postman or Fiddler to get the token.  Also, refer to blog to get the Azure Advisor details from PowerShell, which includes the code to get the token.  Please refer to Operations - List and check "Try It" option to connect to your azure AD tenant to check if you are able to get the results from Azure Advisor.
