Can anyone tell me if there is a way to display the apps and number of items in a list or library on another page other than just the "Site Contents" page?  Essentially what I would like to do is use the "Apps" as a dashboard on the homepage so they would dynamically update and visitors could easily view the number of items contained in each list or library.
