I want to uninstall VS2013 prem + up3 but it runs as normal after uninstall and files are present in the folders. It's removed itself from the list in control panel\programs and features ok.

I uninstalled using the VS2013 installation options dialog rather than just telling control panel to uninstall it. That appeared to work but didn't delete any files or folders.
