I am assuming you are referring to Azure AD tenant when you say Azure Account and you want users from your client's organization to access the same application.

If your client is also using Azure AD then you can simply  make your application a multi tenant app. (This is better suited when you want your application to be used by multiple tenants). Check this article for how to convert a single tenant app to a multi tenant app.

If you only want one more tenant(or only few users from multiple tenants) to access your application, then you can simply invite the users to your organization as described here.
