I have purchased a Dell T3500 Work station with Windows XP Professional X64 Version. Now, I need to install IE7 and SP3 for installing my requirement. I have faced the following issues.
1. When I tried installing the IE7, it says "IE7 is not supported on this machine". SO Do I need to go for any other version of IE7 ??
2. When I tried Insalling SP3 (normal), after some time it is saying "updatebr.inf is invalid". Do I have to download any other version of SP3 meant for Win XP prof X64 Version? I have tried in Microsoft downloads, but couldn't locate it.
Could anyone help me in addressing these two issues (IE7 and SP3, both for windows XP professional X64 Version).
