I have a List, under one column which is not updating the name of the user who edited the item. It shows name of the user who has created an Item under the List. No matter who change it, it always shows the user name who has created the item.

Exported the list in .iqy format, shared on another tenant, deleted unnecessary changes and tried adding/ modifying items where 'Modified by' column applied changes.
